Angel Food, www.angelfoodministries.com, is a Christian food coop designed to bless people with approximately 60 dollars worth of food for $30. We are able to do this by: removing the middle man, having only one menu selection, and combining the purchase power of many.

It is a ministry founded by Charles and Kathleen Venezio. We are a Christian non-profit organization dedicated to helping locally in the community and internationally around the world. At the present, Angel Food is our primary vehicle for helping locally. Internationally, we are currently working with a group of churches in Bulgaria (600+) through Bulgaria for Jesus. Our church covering is Celebration Church, Georgetown, Texas, Joe Champion, Pastor.

Orders are received up to the second weekend of the month (except for holiday months, then the first weekend). Food is then bought based on the number of orders placed. Distribution of Angel food is on the fourth (4th) weekend of the month (except for holiday months, then the third weekend). Food is brought direct to our distribution site, Berkman Elementary School in Round Rock, TX, by a refrigerated 18 wheeler where it is distributed in a timely manner to everyone who has purchased food.

No. Angel Food is open to all regardless of economic status. Angel Food is not tied to any federal program.

There are three (3) ways to place an order:

Order direct on our website through PayPal
There is a small fee for using this service. When you order through PayPal, we immediately receive an email with your order information. There is nothing else you need to do, except remember to come and pick up your food.

Mail your order in
Print out an order form from our website. Attach your check, money order, or write in your Lone Star number and mail it in to the address on the order form.

Hand deliver
Come by our office (we office out of our home), 900 East Main Ave., Round Rock (Hwy 620 turns into Main Ave. on the east side of IH-35). [Map] On our porch will be a table with order forms and envelopes. Fill out the form and place in an envelope with your payment and drop it through our mail slot in our front door. We do not need to be at home to receive your payment. (Don’t worry, the little dog that you hear barking will not eat your order).

Based on the truck arrival time, usually 5AM, food is distributed from 8AM to 10AM at Berkman Elementary school, 400 W. Anderson Ave., Round Rock [Map]. You are able to come to Berkman Elementary during this time frame, 8 am to 10 am, and pick up your food.

Your food will be donated to a needy family or given to the Round Rock Serving Center. We cannot refund the money since it went to pay for the food and has been sent to the main office in Georgia. Please call my mobile, (512) 775-0444, to let me know if you having trouble picking up your order.

Approximately 60% of the food on the monthly menu is frozen. We do not have the means to keep all of this food frozen; therefore people need to pick up their food as soon as possible.
